New in 2026
To help keep Middleton Pride a free, inclusive, family friendly event, we are encouraging vendors and organizations to make a $50 donation to support the festival. While this donation is not required, it helps ensure this event remains a vibrant and accessible community celebration.
The final deadline for vendor requests is May 7. No vendor requests will be accepted after that date so our team can finalize event logistics and communications with confirmed vendors. If you have any questions at any time, please reach out to middletonwipride@gmail.com.

Vendor Expectations
Create a welcoming environment: Middleton Pride is an inclusive community celebration. Vendors are expected to maintain a respectful and affirming environment for LGBTQ+ attendees and their families.
Keep displays appropriate for a public family friendly event: The festival welcomes people of all ages. Booth materials, signage, and merchandise should reflect that environment.
Respect the event space and schedule: Vendors will receive setup and teardown times prior to the event. Vendors should arrive prepared and remain set up for the duration of the festival whenever possible.
Follow local regulations: Food vendors, product sellers, and organizations must comply with any required permits, licenses, or health regulations.
Be good neighbors: Please be mindful of neighboring booths, shared space, and overall event flow throughout the day.
Additional Policies
What vendors cannot sell or distribute: Vendors may not sell or distribute illegal items, weapons, or materials that promote hate, discrimination, or harassment. Items that are sexually explicit or not appropriate for a public family event are also not permitted.
Weather policy: Middleton Pride Fest is planned as a rain or shine event. Vendors should come prepared for outdoor conditions including sun, wind, or light rain. In the case of severe weather that impacts safety, event organizers will communicate updates as quickly as possible.
Cancellation policy: If your organization is no longer able to attend, please notify the Pride team as soon as possible so the space can be offered to another vendor.
Thank you again for helping make Middleton Pride such a meaningful and joyful celebration for the community!
